Rob is such a trooper He took Adelaida to the doctor this afternoon (he had his backup posse - Priscilla, David and Isachar) and the doctor did remove her big toe --- after antibiotics and pain pills and healing ... we'll see what's next, she will have to follow up for a vascular study. We give thanks to the Lord for providing a way to help her. <><

Broke our record today in clinic Paraiso ! Tonight, I got to hear a young 11 year old boy from England put things into perspective.....Ben said this about his thoughts on the people here " They do not need a five star resort to be happy, all they need are the basics to live....a decent home and food and water!"

Thanks to God we could help 51 today in clinic Paraiso -- one home intravenous for a older lady who is sick and couldn't come to the clinic and another for a young woman. Please keep Jose Valdez in Esperanza in your prayers, 92 yrs old and is not feeling well. Lucrecia is resting this afternoon at the hospital in POP after surgery this morning to remove her ovary and tumor - prayers that the tumor is benign.

Had to say goodbye today to the Koinonia team, and that is a little sad, but glad that I will see them in about a month! Great group and they were a huge blessing and produced a lot of fruit! Praise the Lord!

WOW! How do I tell you all this. exciting day today. We went to a public school in Puerto Plata and did a drama and singing ministry with testimonies and preaching. We saw over 125 children receive Christ today as their personal Savior!!!! Praise Jesus!!!!!!

The Pain People Have To Suffer!

It always amazes me the types of things the patients come in with - today we had a new man who is 86, blind in one eye and has a diabetic ulcer on each leg ... I turned into "nurse" and cleaned them and redressed them while he winced in pain - we are closer to his house so I think he will come twice a week to keep him from getting worse. Another guy, 19 years old was hit on his motorcycle by a car a few weeks ago and he had a terrible wound on his left foot, so much skin and meat gone .. I am humbled that they come for help in the clinic in Paradise, we must be doing something right ><> I had the opportunity to witness to him about how he never knows when his last day is and he was given a second chance. I cleaned and dressed his foot also, keeping Rob out of the room so he didn't get woozy again (hahahaha) - Rob thought he would show me, so he came in and looked and turned around holding his head Praise the Lord - so many in need, we continuously pray for provision for our ministry.

Stopped after clinic today in Paradise (had 38 patients today) to visit with Javier and his mother, Javier had knee surgery last week to remove a tumor .. 21 days with a full leg cast and 4 months of therapy to come, he hopes to return to playing baseball in 6 months - we praise the Lord we were able to help them. Pray for Arianni, 1 1/2 yr old we are setting up for a head CT tomorrow after a fall. Pablo who is having tests for prostate PSA levels to figure out his route of treatment --- thank the Lord each day for your good health, so many do not have good health. ><>

Clearview blessed many patients at the public hospital today! Thank you to the team and Isachar and Dennis! Great job! God was glorified today! One story I keep thinking about is the 21 year old pregnant Dominican woman who is married to a Canadian Man who is 67 years old! WOW!

Another great day with the Clearview Team. They gave food, drink and the Word of God to 200+ children and another 50 adults. Amazing team and God is using them!

OK .. I'm officially POOPED ! Somehow 56 patients is alot more tiring than 30 ... imagine ! LOL ... Praise the Lord, the gates are open, the word is out --- go to the clinic in Paradise ! We have been getting between 40 and 60 patients twice a week ... Lord grant us and THEM patience !!! Please continue or start to partner with us in this important ministry to those hurting --- now, on to making 250 sandwiches for tomorrow's activity. God Bless ><>

So thankful to be working with the Clearview Community Church Missions Team. They are hard workers and so willing to serve. Thank you Jesus for them!

A New Record For The Paradise Clinic

Today in Paradise was a busy day... our busiest... 56 patients! As I was preparing all the medicines for these 56 patients I was thinking and thanking God for this opportunity to help so many people and for the blessing of having the resources to be able to do so. Also I was thinking what a great team we have, Tina and the staff work so well together that it did not even seem like that busy of a day. We are truly blessed and we try to take that blessing and give a blessing back! Praise Jesus!
